Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We generally do not accept refunds for purchases. In very exceptional cases where a refund is approved:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.

  • Approved refunds will be issued only as store credits, which are non-transferable and valid for future purchases.

Exchanges:
Exchanges are generally accepted if products are unopened and in their original packaging. Requests are subject to stock availability and approval by Host.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Installation services or labour fees

Changes to Your Order

Changes can be made after payment but before delivery:

  • Product Changes: Adjustments to quantities or product models are allowed if the order value remains the same, subject to product availability.

  • Customised Orders: Any changes to customised items must be communicated immediately. Once preparation of a customised order has begun, no changes can be made.

  • Delivery & Installation Schedules: Changes to delivery or installation times must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur transport or service fees.

Delivery & Pick-Up

  • Standard Delivery: Free for orders over $500. A delivery fee applies for smaller orders.

  • Special Services: Additional charges may apply for express delivery, staircase-only access, or installation services.

  • Pick-Up Orders: Customers will be notified when their order is ready. Orders should be collected within 7 days of notification.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and include 9% GST.

  • Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date issued.

  • Payment methods include PayNow (UEN: 201817938C), credit/debit cards, and bank transfers (subject to clearance before delivery).

  • Full payment is required to secure your order and reserve stock.

Limitation of Liability

Host is not liable for:

  • Delays due to shipping carriers, stock availability, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Losses due to misuse or improper installation.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
